This year’s swim will take place on

14th September 2019. 

START TIME: 12.00pm

Next to the Worthing Foreshore Office, Marine Parade, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3PX

1.5 k and 3 k race

Entry £17 and £22

Medal and Swim Cap

Wetsuit or Non Wetsuit

Foreshore Safety Boat and Kayaks

100 max between both events

If there is inclement weather on the day which stops from swimming all competitors will be emailed in the morning. Please ensure you provide an email address when registering. We will endeavour to reschedule the race at the earliest opportunity.
